Meet Jen.

Jen brings 15 years of expertise in nonprofit and change management—from piloting social-impact initiatives to deep expertise in financial and operational excellence. She has held positions such as Director of Operations,

Fractional COO, Founder, as well as CFO. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine Graduate School and is deeply passionate about advancing women’s leadership, empowering women and youth, and facilitating trauma-informed practices for changemakers.
