Our strategic experience spans both ‘front of the house’ marketing, branding, CRM implementation, and content creation. As well as ‘back of the house’ compliance, growth management, and strategic planning.
Operations & Financial Sustainability
We have built systems from the ground up and scaled infrastructure to support 150% capacity growth. We have held the title of CFO and managed revenues of up to $35 million. We have audited P&L and 990 statements for IRS and nonprofit compliance.
Program Design & Impact
We have piloted our own initiatives based on community knowledge and lived experiences, created and facilitated signature programs, developed sustainable program models, and executed over 250 events.
Team Development & Wellness
In addition to holding leadership positions such as Director of Operations, Fractional COO, and CFO, we have developed trauma-informed leadership toolkits, scripts, and team-building workshops to support sustainable cultures.

Meet Jen
Transform Together was founded by Jen Hutchinson, a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership in nonprofit strategy, finance, and operations. With a background as a Director of Operations, CFO, and Fractional COO, Jen brings a rigorous, systems-focused lens to every engagement. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University and has a proven track record of guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complexity.
