Transform Together was founded by Jen Hutchinson, who brings 15 years of leadership in strategy, finance, and operations from her background as a CFO, Fractional COO, and Director of Operations. Jen brings a rigorous, systems-focused lens to every engagement, as well as a proven track record of guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complexity. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship and Change from Pepperdine Graduate School.

At Transform Together, we integrate these principles with strategy and structure to support resilient, effective teams.
Can I implement toolkits on my own?
Our toolkits are designed to be practical and “ready-to-use” so you can take action immediately. That said, we’re always available if you want to go deeper. Many clients start with a toolkit and then bring us in to co-facilitate retreats, design systems, or support organizational change. You don’t have to do it alone—we’re here when you need us.
