Transform Together was founded by Jen Hutchinson, a seasoned executive with over 15 years of leadership in nonprofit strategy, finance, and operations. With a background as a Director of Operations, CFO, and Fractional COO, Jen brings a rigorous, systems-focused lens to every engagement. She holds a Master’s in Social Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University and has a proven track record of guiding organizations through growth, transition, and complexity.
